Mindfulness Meditation course
If you have seen or heard about Mindfulness and meditation, its wonderful health benefits and you feel like you'd like to learn more this course is perfect for you. I am offering an 8 week course introducing and supporting you in 'beginning' or developing your practice of Mindfulness Meditation. There is a huge amount of evidence which supports the theory that regular mindful meditation practice can reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm, help you slow a racing mind and find calm amongst the ebbs and flows or 'storms' of daily life.
I am a facilitator/tutor for Mindfulness without Borders, an international Mindfulness organisation. I offer this course with many years of experience practicing myself and introducing, facilitating and supporting others on their journey, from mothers to children, young people to prisoners. Whether on Zoom or in person, you will be provided with support, guidance, your own workbook and a group to be alongside to journey together... Aromatherapy for Stress workshop
Stress can effect a person's life in varying amounts at different times, it is unavoidable and has a huge impact upon us as a whole. We live busy lives, have had a few years of extreme stress and it takes its toll on us mentally, spiritually as well as physiologically.

Aromatherapy for Anxiety
This workshop will support participants managing their anxiety using Aromatherapy Essential Oils. You will learn which oils blend well together to create a beautiful synergy unique to you that will support your wellbeing. You will learn mindful breathing, and grounding techniques to use alongside your oil blend to help calm and slow your mind and re-centre. You will create your own products to take home to support you, and add to your tool box of anxiety strategies, as well as a written copy of the techniques you learn for future growth and continued practicing.
