I offer treatments in the comfort of your own home at various locations across the South West as well as having a space in Exeter at The good life therapy Centre in Exeter on Wednesdays.

My approach is personal and deeply nurturing. Everything is designed to create a calming, restorative experience tailored to you I use high-quality, ethically sourced essential oils to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

In addition to one-on-one treatments, I also offer holistic wellbeing workshops for cancer survivors, carers, pamper parties, community groups or gatherings...

 

I have corporate clients whom I support with their commitment to self care and mental health of staff and offer bespoke workshops for your mental health and wellbeing days - eg - individuals creating blends for concentration and focus or stress relief for example...

I facilitate courses in Mindfulness and Meditation and workshops on managing stress and anxiety using aromatherapy and aim to fill your 'tool box' with as many self care tools as possible!
